Our use of the term "CPN" is limited strictly to internal nomenclature and does not reflect knowledge, endorsement, or awareness of any third-party or purchaser usage or non usage of this purchase.

4. No Basis for Speculation
Accordingly, any speculation, assumption, or inference regarding the nature, origin, or intended use of any business name, number, word, or phrase defined or described as a "nomenclature" is without cause, unsupported by evidence, and unfounded. Any claims suggesting otherwise are expressly denied.

5. Legal Recourse for False Claims
Any person or entity who, having read and understood this disclaimer, nonetheless makes, publishes, or disseminates any false claim, speculative accusation, unsupported statement, or defamatory remark concerning our use of the term "CPN," the nature of any nine-digit number referenced herein, or who improperly superimposes their own definition, interpretation, or version of "CPN" onto our operations in a manner that is misleading, false, or damaging, shall be subject to legal action.
